Pandora's Predator: NOT FOR SALE

Got this idea after writing a poem by the same name (written on the veil of wind-up Pandora) about Pandora's box. There are seven Pandora's depicting various approaches of love (codependency, isolation through religion, competition, settling, manipulation, hiding). It is my first piece with a fully female perspective, and has lots of hidden gems with historical references and poetry. It also has an engineering component, a spinning bloody hand with an engagement ring coming out of Pandora's box.

I created this piece in the middle of grief and heartbreak. I lost my long-term best friend in the whole world, an engagement of mine ended, both of which made me temporarily resentful of women's strategies of love. I include items given to me by these people I no longer talk to, including my engagement ring, a weak person's sweater, her underwear, our mirrorballs, and more.
